Working hand in hand with domestic, commercial and public sector clients, our Design team guide projects safely through the minefield that can be with property and construction projects.

But preparation is everything. Whether that’s undertaking initial feasibility studies, option appraisals or budget estimates at the outset… through to design development and drafting of works schedules and specifications etc.  Without preparation, projects tend to fail but with it they maximise the chance of success.  Therefore, by adopting a robust process driven approach Redmoor can ensure that your project can be completed on time, in budget and achieving the required quality. 

As part of our role as a Designer, services we provide include obtaining statutory approvals, including Planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations Approval, followed by preparation of detailed Schedules of Work, Specifications and Construction Issue drawings. 

We will assist you with achieving compliance with a raft of technical and statutory regulations and ensure that Client duties imposed under health and safety regulations are managed throughout the design and construction process. This will include the preparation of project and designer risk assessments, inclusion of design solutions to mitigate risks from the build process and subsequent use, plus preparation and collation of Pre and Post-Construction Information into an easy to use format.
