Things have been changing at Redmoor.
We’re still the very same highly professional, project consultancy company, specialising in the construction industry. We’re also still the same efficient team that handle projects across the South-West region, but after 5 years of trading we have decided to have a bit of a rebrand as part of planned growth of the business.
Redmoor has moved on significantly since it started in 2017 and as a result, we felt that our identity needed to as well. To assist with this exercise, we turned to an established branding company based in Plymouth called Fuel Communications and we are delighted with the work they have produced. In addition to the re-brand, the team at Fuel Communications also developed our new website as part of the project, just so that everything dovetailed neatly.
A number of brand concepts were considered but what came out on top was the windswept tree that you can see as part of our website branding and here’s the rationale for that.
Trees are well known for symbolising strength and resilience. These attributes aligned with our core values and also reflected the approach from the team at Redmoor to deal with the various challenges that arise during construction projects and also from our experience of running a business during recent years. With that in mind you can start to see how we came select the windswept tree.
In addition, we felt that buildings and trees are similar, in that they require strong foundations, roots and core structures to enable them to deal with what the elements during their life cycle. You can of course get too wrapped up in design but the truth is, we also went for the windswept tree because it’s modern, distinctive and ultimately we really liked the design that Fuel Communications produced.
Although our branding has changed, the service we provide to our clients has not. We operate across the South-West region, we cover all aspects of property, building and development work for domestic and commercial clients and we are highly regarded for managing projects from inception, right through to completion. Our extensive experience enables us to steer projects through the delivery process, avoiding the pitfalls and minimising risk, making sure that we deliver on time, in budget and achieving the required quality.
But before we go, we’d like to leave you with a quote that we recently came across that reminded us of our core values and belief around strength and resilience. It simply said: “Good timber does not grow with ease, the stronger the wind, the stronger the trees.”
